The research group “Nursing and innovation in health care” belongs to the Andalusian Research, Development and Innovation Plan (PAIDI) (code CTS-464) accessible from the Scientific Information System of Andalusia.

The group was established in the area of Nursing at the University of Jaén in 2001, with the name of research group “Nursing”. Nowadays is composed of researchers from the Department of Nursing at the University of Jaén,; the Hospital of Jaén; and the Healthcare Agency Alto Guadalquivir; with some collaborators from other Spanish institutions.

Goals

The goal of this group are:

To promote the research in care and the advancement in Nursing
To promote the innovation in clinical practice nursing
To collaborate with healthcare institutions in conducting research projects
To participate in graduate education focused on health research.
