This paper is the result of the PhD thesis developed by Clara Torres-Ortega in hte Universidad de Ja\u00e9n (Spain), under the supervision of a member or our research group, Dr. Pilar Pe\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>This is the first Spanish versi\u00f3n of this scale aimed to measure the &#8220;Uncertainty in illnes&#8221;, originally developed by <a href=\"http:\/\/es.slideshare.net\/javipintol\/teora-de-la-incertidumbre-frente-a-la-enfermedad\">Mishel <\/a>in the USA.
